About Eleve LA Studio

Eleve LA Studio is a dynamic dance, fitness, and creative space located in Inglewood, California. We offer pole dance, fitness, dance, flexibility, and specialty movement classes while providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for students of all backgrounds and experience levels. We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and customer-focused Studio Receptionist & Operations Assistant to support our daily studio operations. This position is ideal for a college student, recent graduate, or someone looking to gain hands-on experience in business operations, customer service, events, and the fitness industry.

Position Overview

As the Studio Receptionist & Operations Assistant, you will serve as one of the first points of contact for our students, instructors, and guests. You'll help create a positive studio experience while supporting day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.

Responsibilities

Front Desk & Customer Service

  • Welcome and check in students and guests
  • Assist with class registration and scheduling
  • Answer questions regarding classes, memberships, events, and studio policies
  • Respond to basic inquiries via phone, email, and social media
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment

Studio Operations

  • Assist with opening and closing procedures
  • Ensure studio spaces remain clean, organized, and presentable
  • Monitor studio supplies and communicate inventory needs
  • Assist instructors and staff as needed during classes and events
  • Support studio management with administrative projects

Events & Community Engagement

  • Assist with workshops, showcases, competitions, and community events
  • Help with event setup, breakdown, and guest check-in
  • Support student engagement and community-building initiatives

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace and basic computer applications
  • Customer service, hospitality, fitness, dance, or administrative experience is a plus but not required
  • Must be dependable and able to work independently
