Responsibilities State Farm's Innovation Group is looking to for passionate students to join our Summer Internship Program! As a Ventures Analyst Intern, you will be a part of a team that empowers innovative companies to create a better future for us all. Our goal is to find better ways to meet the needs of our incredibly diverse customer base.

What You Can Expect: Summer Internship Dates: Wednesday, 6/1/2027 - Wednesday, 8/11/2027 (10 weeks) Onboarding(Bloomington, IL): 6/1/2027 - 6/4 2027 Hours: Monday-Friday, 38.75 hours per week *As the summer program has a short duration, it is expected that hired interns will be available throughout the entire summer internship with minimal to no disruptions in their work schedule.* Pay: $28.00/hour. In addition, interns selected for our summer internship program will be eligible for a $2,000 stipend!

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - Qualified candidates should plan to spend time working from home and some time working in the office as part of our hybrid environment. Hub Locations: Richardson, TX; Los Altos, CA; or Bloomington, IL Next Steps! Application deadline is expected to close on 9/18/2027.

Qualifications We Are Looking For The Following: Current college Freshman and Sophomores majoring in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent majors including but not limited to Business Information Systems, International Business, Insurance & Risk Management, Economics, Innovation/Entrepreneurship and related majors. Demonstrated interest in investing, corporate finance and/or venture capital Drive and initiative to lead and affect positive change Leadership skills through extracurricular and professional endeavors Ability to thrive in a team environment, both in-person and virtual Effective communication skills, both oral and written A can-do attitude, and someone who loves to have a bit of fun! The ability to work in an environment that emphasizes information sharing, collaboration, teamwork, mutual respect, and integrity.
