About the role
This Co-op position offers hands-on experience in transportation, logistics, and supply chain storage. You will work on-site in Pittsburgh during the Summer 2026 term. This is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with Account Management, Operations, Engineering, and Shared Services teams to align project priorities and scope.
- Validate activity costs for transactional operations.
- Structure, analyze, and manage large datasets to support supply chain projects and decision-making.
- Develop formats and automate processes for reporting supply chain metrics and Key Performance Indicators.
- Apply logistics knowledge to identify improvements in network design, process flow, and costs for business units and customers.
What you'll need
- Current enrollment in a bachelor program for Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Access.
- A data-driven, detail-oriented approach to problem solving.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently within a team.
- Experience with logistics-related modeling tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of SQL and VBA macros is a plus.
- Experience with data visualization tools, mapping software, or Llamasoft Supply Chain Guru is also a plus.
Location & details
- Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
- Work environment: Office and warehouse settings, which may involve prolonged sitting, standing, noise, and temperature fluctuations.
- Travel: This role may require travel of more than 10 percent.
