POSITION DESCRIPTION Talent & Creator Partnerships Intern LOCATION: New York City, New York (remote) COMPANY: Studio Beauty TITLE: Talent & Creator Partnerships Intern TERM: Fall 2026 We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and culturally curious intern to support the growth and development of a curated creator platform, while also providing support across select talent relationships and brand partnerships. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in creator recruitment, talent development, partnerships, research, and the day-to-day operations of building a modern talent platform. The ideal candidate is highly proactive and organized, with a strong interest in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, media, entertainment, and emerging talent.
POSITION REPORTS TO: Head of Talent ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Some responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Support the ongoing development and growth of the creator platform Research and identify emerging creators, tastemakers, and culturally relevant talent across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, wellness, food, design, and entertainment Assist with creator recruitment, including prospect research, outreach, follow-ups, and tracking conversations Help evaluate prospective creators based on content, audience, engagement, aesthetic, brand alignment, and overall point of view Maintain organized creator profiles, contact information, notes, and relationship history Support the onboarding of new creators and ensure platform materials and information remain current Research brands, partnership opportunities, and cultural moments that may be relevant to creators on the platform Assist with developing decks, presentations, creator materials, and other resources to support platform growth Track creator and partnership opportunities, timelines, and next steps Monitor cultural, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and entertainment trends to identify emerging talent and opportunities Provide day-to-day support across select talent relationships and brand partnerships QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to exercise good judgment and discretion. We are looking for someone who is genuinely curious about people and culture and has a strong instinct for identifying interesting talent.
The ideal candidate naturally follows emerging creators, fashion, beauty, design, media, entertainment, and lifestyle. EXPERIENCE: Previous internship or work experience in talent, public relations, marketing, partnerships, social media, fashion, beauty, media, entertainment, or a related field is a plus but not essential. SKILLS/APTITUDES: Attention to detail, good administrative, analytical, problem solving, oral/written communication skills are required.
