The Charter School of Excellence is offering a full‑time Teacher Intern / Teacher Associate position for individuals who know they are meant to make a difference in the lives of children. If you have 60 college credit hours, you already qualify to become sub‑certified in Florida, and our school will assist you in obtaining your sub‑certification. This role is designed to help you grow into a confident, capable, certified classroom teacher. You will learn from experienced educators, receive hands‑on mentorship, and build the skills, habits, and professional foundation that define great teachers. A Unique Opportunity to Advance Your Teaching Career

Eligible Teacher Interns may apply for a full scholarship to an approved teacher‑preparation program at one of our partner colleges. This gives you a supported, debt‑free route to earning your teaching degree and certification while gaining real classroom experience.

Compensation & Schedule

• $22 per hour
• Monday–Friday, 8‑hour shifts between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm
• 10‑month school calendar, paid over 12 months

Qualifications

• Minimum of 60 credit hours from an accredited institution
• 60 credit hours qualifies you for Florida sub‑certification; we assist with the process
• Must pass all background checks
• A genuine calling to become a certified teacher
