Role
SS&C Black Diamond Trust seeks a Technical Writing & Research Analyst Intern to join its Client Services team. This role will focus on creating, updating and centralizing key documents such as user guides, SOPs (standard operating procedures) and technical specifications. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent attention to detail, and excels at collaborating with cross-functional teams. You may also be asked to assist in analyzing application defects and documenting findings. This position requires 25–30 hours per week during standard business hours.

Compensation and Benefits
SS&C Technologies offers competitive compensation and meaningful learning and development opportunities for interns. Interns working 30 hours a week or more are eligible to participate in SS&C's medical plan and Health Savings Account (HSA) but not entitled to participate in any other SS&C benefit plans (e.g. dental, vision, PTO, tuition reimbursement, 401K, holiday pay, etc.). Actual base salary will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, prior experience, education, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
