Role Description
This is a temporary, on-site role based in Greater Los Angeles, CA for Trade Show Staff – Robotics. The role involves assisting with booth setup and teardown, organizing product displays, and ensuring the trade show space remains clean and welcoming. Daily tasks include greeting attendees, answering questions about robotics products, providing demonstrations under guidance, and directing visitors to sales or technical team members when needed. The Temporary Trade Show Staff member will help manage promotional materials, collect lead information, support event logistics, and collaborate with the team to deliver a positive visitor experience throughout the event.
Qualifications
- Ability to learn and communicate key features of robotics products clearly and accurately to event attendees.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with comfort engaging with diverse visitors in a busy event environment.
- Basic technical aptitude and willingness to receive training on product operation and safety protocols.
- Organizational skills to support booth setup, inventory of materials, and orderly presentation of displays.
- Reliability and professionalism, including punctuality and adherence to event schedules and guidelines.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, move light equipment, and work in a fast-paced trade show setting.
- Prior experience in events, retail, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required.
