Position Summary The ideal applicant for the Terrain Park Supervisor position must have at least one (1) year of experience in a terrain park with knowledge of how to build features and operate a snowmobile. Essential
Duties Staff equipment inspections, safety meetings Hire, train, manage, coach terrain park attendants Compile daily park reports including feature changes, grooming, inspections, etc. Field guest questions and concerns Ensure workspace, tool storage and offices are tidy and organized Establish performance objectives with terrain park attendants and monitor them File and catalog all incident reports Assist Terrain Park Manager in execution of special events (competitions) Performance management and disciplinary actions for terrain park attendants and attendance Ensure understanding and compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements Other duties, as assigned
Required Qualifications 2 years of previous work history/education required Must have at least 1-year experience in Terrain Parks Knowledge of how to build park features (Super Pipe, Boarder Cross, hits, rails and other features) Operating various equipment (snowmobile, skid-steer, snow cat) Problem-solve in a highly effective manner and maintain positive relationships with guests and staff, including management, subordinates and co-workers Be a consistent role model for company's Service Excellence standards Must have valid driver's license without limitations or restrictions and meet company's insurability standards Communicate clearly and effectively in English
