Trading Support Intern

We are seeking a intellectually sharp Trading Support Intern to work directly alongside our Senior Traders. This role is designed for a proactive individual who is deeply passionate about the equity markets and thrives in a high-stakes, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Traders by synthesizing real-time global news flow and identifying actionable trading opportunities.
• Draft concise market commentaries and internal reports to facilitate decision-making.
• Tackle operational challenges with a flexible and resourceful attitude to ensure seamless trade execution.
• Monitor market trends and provide data-driven insights to support live strategies.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or holding a Master's degree (or above) in Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
• Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin to manage cross-border communication and market analysis.
• A demonstrable obsession with the stock market and a commitment to a high-performance, "hard-working" culture.
• Proven ability to learn complex systems rapidly and react with precision under extreme market pressure.
• Exceptional interpersonal agility—someone who can navigate high-pressure situations with composure and solve problems creatively without needing a manual.
