Medical Solutions is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a travel job in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. We're seeking talented healthcare professionals whose adventure game is as strong as their clinical game. Those that want flexibility and high pay, we have the positions for you!
Key Accountabilities
- Performs and/or assists with direct patient care
- Performs sheath removal
- Performs, records and interprets hemodynamic waveforms and electrocardiograhic tracings
- Monitors and stocks inventory
- Assists with patient transfer
- Prepares, maintains and operates sophisticated radiologic equipment including cineangiographic, fluorographic, digital image recording, laser and electrophysiology equipment in a safe and responsible manner
- Assists physician in performing diagnostic and interventional, cardiac and peripheral catheterizations
- Assists in the monitoring of quality control program
Education Requirements
- Associates Degree in Radiologic Studies (Required)
- Non Degree Program: Approved Cardiovascular Technology Program (Required)
- Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Experience
- 1 Year experience as a cardiac cath or interventional radiology technologist (Preferred)
License/Certifications
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Required)
- ARRT - Amer Reg Radiologic Technlgst (Required) or RCIS - Reg Cardio Invasive Specialist (Required)
- BLS - Basic Life Support (Required)

Compensation
Estimated pay package based on bill rate at time job was posted. Bill rates can change frequently and without notice. Exact pay package may vary based on guaranteed hours, distance being traveled, and customizations available for travelers. Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
