Position Details

Scheduling Requirements

• 40 hours per week / 4 x 10 hours shifts
• Minimum of 1 day per week and 1 weekend per month of call
• Holiday call coverage if assignment overlaps with a holiday
• Floating policy: N/A

Patient Experience Requirements

Requires at least 2 years of cath lab experience (preferably having already had travel experience). This lab averages 18 – 20 cases per day.

Required Certifications

• ACLS / BLS / ARRT or RCIS

Key Accountabilities

• Must be able to scrub all related cardiac catheterization procedures and pan the x-ray table
• Must have diagnostic and interventional cardiology experience as well as STEMI response experience as the call component requires STEMI call coverage

Procedures Performed on Units

• Diagnostic and interventional coronary angiograms
• Structural heart (TAVR / M-TEER / T-TEER / LAAO / EVAR / TEVAR / PFO Closures)
• Vascular and peripheral related angiograms
• Electrophysiology studies and all related ablations
• All device implants

Dress Code

• Surgical Scrubs – Provided by Hospital
