Job Summary
The Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist position in Salinas, California, involves working under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Cardiology. The role requires performing a variety of technical procedures that involve independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative, specifically applying and prescribing ionizing radiation for radiological procedures in the cardiac catheterization laboratory. Candidates must bring their professional license on the first day. The position involves day shifts and requires a commitment of at least 40 hours per week.
Schedule
- Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory experience
- Epic Experience required: Minimum of six (6) to twelve (12) months within the past year
Education
- Graduation from a Radiologic Technology program or graduation from a Cardiovascular Technology (CVT) program
Certifications
- CRT and Fluoroscopy, and any one of the following credentials: ARRT registration with CI credentials, RCIS, RCES credentials from CCI, or CEPS certification from IBHRE
