American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of home health experience for a 13-week Home Health assignment in the Palm Springs, CA area.
Details
- Home health setting serving a geriatric patient population
- Territory covers a 50-mile radius from the hub/office in the Palm Springs area
- Typical caseload of 5–7 patients per day
- Monday–Friday schedule, 8:30am–5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break
- No on-call or weekend requirements
- EMR: HCHB (experience required)
- Mileage between patient homes is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent home health PT experience required
- Current CA PT license required (no pending licenses accepted)
- Current BLS certification required
- HCHB EMR experience required
- OASIS experience required
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
