At Piedmont Airlines, our strength is the way we deliver industry leading service to our customers and airline partners. To continue our standard of excellence, Piedmont is seeking a motivated, reliable student to join our team as a Travel Intern. This internship supports the Benefits team and the Leave of Absence team. The successful candidate will be able to multi-task, remain organized, and have experience in a fast-paced work environment. The position reports to the Time and Leave Manager.
Essential Duties:
- Assist team members with travel related questions
- Upload and review dependent documentation
- Assist with travel bookings and confirming availability
- Update travel webpage as needed
Job Qualifications and Competencies:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
- Ability to commute to Middletown, PA
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior work experience in an office environment
- Prior experience with travel reservation systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Work Environment:
- Standard office environment, use of computers and other office equipment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, if needed
- Non-exempt
Physical Requirements:
- Occasional lifting up to 25lbs

Interns receive travel privileges on the American Airlines network.
Starting Rate:
$16.00/Hourly
