Job Summary
The Physical Therapist Home Health (PT HH) position is located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Schedule

Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited physical therapy program
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- State licensure and registration if applicable
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a home health setting is helpful, but not required
Float
Float rotation may be required
Additional Information
This position involves implementing therapy plans, maintaining client confidentiality, notifying physicians of changes, and documenting services provided. It requires supervising therapy assistants in accordance with federal and state regulations, following infection control standards, and using appropriate precautions.

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
