Role
The Marketing Intern – Vietnam Marketing (Unpaid) will support DigiFinex Global's marketing initiatives focused on the Vietnam market. This internship role is hybrid, based in Irvine, CA, with flexibility for some work from home.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Assisting with market research on user behavior and competitors
- Helping execute localized marketing campaigns
- Supporting social media, community engagement, and content adaptation for Vietnamese audiences
- Collaborating with the marketing and regional teams to track campaign performance
- Collecting user feedback and suggesting improvements
- Assisting with events or partnerships targeting Vietnam-based communities
- Providing general administrative support to the marketing team
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication in English; Vietnamese language proficiency is highly preferred
- Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze trends, competitors, and user needs in the Vietnam market
- Basic understanding of Sales processes and how marketing activities support lead generation and user acquisition
- Foundational knowledge of Marketing Strategy, including campaign planning, audience segmentation, and performance tracking
- Customer Service mindset with a focus on user satisfaction, responsiveness, and community engagement
- Interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech; familiarity with trading platforms is a plus
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Irvine, CA, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a multicultural, global team
