Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across university social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages as appropriate, and help build audience engagement.
- Capture and edit photos, videos, and graphics to support promotional campaigns, events, and student success stories.
- Track social media performance metrics and provide regular reports with recommendations to improve reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to develop content that highlights programs, activities, and achievements of the department.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
