About the role
North Gateway Animal Hospital in West Virginia offers a DVM Student Externship for 1st–4th year AVMA-accredited veterinary students. The paid externship provides up to $15 per hour, with 1:1 mentorship, flexible scheduling, and hands-on experiences across preventive care, internal medicine, surgery, radiology, and farm calls.
