**Position:** Virtual Assistant (final year students)
About Us
Tangram Health is a group of 7 multidisciplinary clinics in the north‑west suburbs of Sydney, with locations in Asquith, Mt Kuring‑Gai, Willoughby, Milsons Point, Dural, Round Corner and Blacktown. We employ over 15 clinicians, including Physiotherapists, Chiropractors and Exercise Physiologists.
Virtual Assistant Role
We are looking for a final‑year student studying Physiotherapy, Chiropractic or Exercise Physiology to complete basic administrative tasks from home. The role requires around five hours of work per week, best split into roughly one hour each day.
The responsibilities include:
- Reconciling payments against invoices
- Allocating scanning and processing documents
- Forwarding emails to staff from our main email addresses
- Using a cloud‑based Practice Management System
This is a paid role that offers valuable experience you can add to your CV.
Qualifications
- Final‑year student in Physiotherapy, Chiropractic or Exercise Physiology
- Computer and reliable internet access
- Basic computer and email skills
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage time effectively
