Pay Rate Range 15.00 Close Date 11/01/2026 Priority Review Date (Note - Posting may close at any time) Job Summary This position is responsible for supporting the college’s digital communications and online presence by maintaining and updating web content through WordPress, as well as developing articles, event highlights, and student success stories. The role involves creating engaging content for social media platforms, including photos and short videos. The position also monitors website traffic and social media engagement using basic analytics and reporting tools.

In addition, the role ensures that all digital communications and visual content consistently follow the college’s official branding and style guidelines.

Responsibilities Update web pages/sites. Maintain and provide ongoing design of the website, promos, and event pages. Maintain and post news and events on the College of Architecture and Planning website and college-level Instagram account.

Experience designing visual social media content (on Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar products).

Experience in taking design feedback and adhering to a design style guide. Any experience in journalism, article writing, etc. is a bonus. Other duties as assigned. Minimum

Experience working in WordPress.
