Web Designer Developer - paid intern

An entertainment-related company is seeking a WEB DESIGNER/DEVELOPER STUDENT FOR A PAID INTERNSHIP. Student should be energetic, proactive and creative. The position is part-time.MUST BE WITHIN 10 MILES OF SALT LAKE CITY, UTThe WEB DESIGNER/DEVELOPER will work with senior management and will assist in creating original designs and performing production graphics.Students from Otis, Art Institute, BYU, U OF U are urged to apply.Ideally, you have extensive experience with web graphics, creating landing pages, uploading pages to the server, and some HTML codingThe position designs and performs production for art on a variety of communications materials - everything from websites to magazine ads for domestic and international markets.Major Responsibilities:Produce web graphics, print, and presentationsMaintain and report project status.Competencies/Skills:Thorough working knowledge of industry-standard print and presentation software, including WordPress, Canva, Photoshop,Superior taste and ability in graphic design, typography and color sense as well as knowledge of current design trends. * Demonstrated ability to consistently produce a high volume of quality work under pressure and tight deadlines.Knowledge of all aspects of offset and digital prepress and print production processes and technology. * Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication, and interpersonal skills.ALL RESUMES MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA1.
