Position: Winter 2027 Co-op – Procurement Strategy Keurig Dr Pepper Procurement Strategy Co-op As a Winter 2027 Co-op in Procurement at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) in Frisco, TX, you will be part of a company that is shaping the future of beverages while helping build innovative procurement capabilities that support some of KDP's most recognized brands. As a Procurement Strategy & Capability Development Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting key initiatives in supplier risk management, communications, learning and development, and small business engagement. You will work on meaningful projects with real business impact, collaborate with leaders across the organization, and have the opportunity to contribute ideas while developing valuable professional skills.
Shift/ Schedule: The KDP 2027 Winter Co-op Program will run from January 4 – May 21, 2027 Full-time; 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 8:00am until 5:00pm Hybrid schedule in our Frisco, TX headquarters As a Procurement Co-op you will: Play a key role in helping establish foundational elements of KDP's Procurement Risk Management program, including: Researching supplier risk management leading practices and benchmarking approaches. Supporting development of a risk management framework covering areas such as financial, operational, sustainability, regulatory, and supply chain risk. Assisting in the identification, categorization, and documentation of supplier risks.
Building and maintaining risk tracking tools, dashboards, and reporting templates. Supporting supplier segmentation and risk prioritization efforts. Creating process documentation, training materials, and user guides.
Helping coordinate communications and change management activities related to the risk management program. Supporting stakeholder meetings and documenting actions, decisions, and next steps. Analyzing data from supplier risk monitoring tools and preparing summary reports for leadership.

Responsibilities Procurement Academy Assist with development and maintenance of training materials. Coordinate learning events, Lunch & Learns, and internal development programs. Track participation, attendance, and program metrics.
Help manage Procurement Academy content and resource libraries. Procurement Communications Support development of newsletters, SharePoint content, presentations, and internal communications. Assist with storytelling and communication campaigns that promote procurement initiatives and successes.
Help maintain communication calendars and project trackers. Small Business Assist with small business reporting and data analysis. Support supplier outreach and small business program initiatives.
Help maintain small business resources and educational materials. Assist in preparation of presentations and communications related to small business efforts. Elements of the KDP Co-op Program include: Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a challenging, cross functional team environment Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting Be paired with a mentor to enhance your knowledge of other parts of the business and build your network Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department vice president and other KDP stakeholders Total Rewards: $31.00/hour Paid bi-weekly $5,000 Sign-on Bonus, paid within 30 days of employment Requirements: Must be an undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Supply Chain, Business, Procurement, Operations, Communications, Data Analytics, Finance, or another related field Available to work 40 hours per week (M-F, 8am-5pm) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and a self-starter Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams,…
