What you'll do
- Contribute to the development and design of learning content for the virtual Early Talent Program
- Support the planning, organization, and execution of virtual events
- Support the planning, delivery, and piloting of our Onboarding Week event across SAP locations globally (Germany, Brazil, India and Czech Republic)
- Draft, coordinate, and manage internal and external communications across various channels
- Collaborate closely with trainers, facilitators, and team members to ensure the accurate delivery and continuous maintenance of all learning materials
- Oversee and manage backend operations related to learning content, including the organization and transfer of materials within relevant platforms
What you bring
We're looking for someone who takes the initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Student (f/m/d) at a university in business administration, educational sciences, psychology fields, social sciences or comparable
- Computer skills: Confident use of MS Office applications, especially good PowerPoint & Excel skills; nice to have: picture/video editing skills
- Familiarity with AI tools and a strong interest in applying AI to improve workflows
- Language skills: strong English skills written and spoken, German is a plus
- Soft skills: team player, very strong communication skills, high commitment and accountability, proactive & independent work ethic
- Other important skills/experience: work experience in corporate HR (or Learning) is appreciated
- Working from office is required (Walldorf)

Our mission as Global Early Talent Experience Team is to improve the initial two-year work experience of our early talent with an easy-to-navigate learning experience that equips them with supporting resources and networking opportunities in a timely manner to allow them to progress their career at SAP.
