What you'll do

  • Contribute to the development and design of learning content for the virtual Early Talent Program
  • Support the planning, organization, and execution of virtual events
  • Support the planning, delivery, and piloting of our Onboarding Week event across SAP locations globally (Germany, Brazil, India and Czech Republic)
  • Draft, coordinate, and manage internal and external communications across various channels
  • Collaborate closely with trainers, facilitators, and team members to ensure the accurate delivery and continuous maintenance of all learning materials
  • Oversee and manage backend operations related to learning content, including the organization and transfer of materials within relevant platforms

What you bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university in business administration, educational sciences, psychology fields, social sciences or comparable
  • Computer skills: Confident use of MS Office applications, especially good PowerPoint & Excel skills; nice to have: picture/video editing skills
  • Familiarity with AI tools and a strong interest in applying AI to improve workflows
  • Language skills: strong English skills written and spoken, German is a plus
  • Soft skills: team player, very strong communication skills, high commitment and accountability, proactive & independent work ethic
  • Other important skills/experience: work experience in corporate HR (or Learning) is appreciated
  • Working from office is required (Walldorf)

Our mission as Global Early Talent Experience Team is to improve the initial two-year work experience of our early talent with an easy-to-navigate learning experience that equips them with supporting resources and networking opportunities in a timely manner to allow them to progress their career at SAP.
