What you'll do

This working student position is an excellent opportunity to apply soft and hard skills in a corporate environment, and a perfect opportunity for a potential career in Junior Sales vacancies or similar.

• Acquire knowledge of SAP's solution portfolio to support sales activities
• Gain insight to SAP's support and cloud portfolio
• Take responsibility for "Maintenance at Risk" (MAR) case creation and handle maintenance contracts
• Handle basic inquiries from different stakeholders (e.g. sales or finance community)
• Revise and update existing maintenance documentation, as well as prepare customer presentations
• Further optimize maintenance, support and cloud reporting and analytics tools to further improve data quality
• Collaborate with the team to accelerate the Customer Evolution transformation and innovation journey to the Cloud for our customers
• Support the local German Customer Evolution team in other business-related topics and work closely together with colleagues from various other functional areas including Sales, Finance, support delivery, etc

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Economics, Business Administration, or similar
• Computer skills: Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, SAP basics
• Language skills: Excellent knoledge in German (verbal and written) and fluent English skills (verbal and written)
• Soft skills: Team player, proactive, working independently, creative and innovative, looking for challenges
• High level of initiative and operational readiness
• Preferred duration of study: 6+ months
• Working location: Walldorf
