We're seeking career hires, folks who are willing to grow with us and in turn develop others. In order to find such folks we embark on a rigorous interview process complete with multiple interactions by phone, video conference and in-person, several assessment tests and likely an assignment or two. We encourage you to ask questions at each interview interaction.
You have a stake in this process too. Ask about the folks you'll be working with and look them up on social media. Ask the interviewer why he/she is loyal to A-C — your interviews will be with several folks across the organization, so take the time to get to know them too.
