2027 Summer Intern - I&O Delivery and Process

About the role:

As an Infrastructure and Operations Delivery and Process intern, you will help improve IT processes, support project delivery, and contribute to continuous improvement projects across the organization. You will report to the I&O Delivery and Process Manager and be located at our Cranberry facility. This is a paid full-time hybrid position for the summer, May - August 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help analyze existing IT processes, workflows, suggest improvements and communicate findings to team leads and managers
• Collect and analyze data to prepare reports and support decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies, ensure compliance with established standards, and suggest improvements
• Help maintain internal documentation, dashboards, and knowledge bases
• Contribute to automation and digital transformation projects
• Shadow IT project managers and process analysts to gain exposure to project lifecycle activities
• Prepare presentations, summaries, and communication materials for management
• Perform administrative tasks related to IT operations and service management

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related technical field
• Completed Sophomore year of college
