Business Analytics

As a Business Analytics Rookie, you'll help transform data into insights that drive key business decisions across Under Armour's Americas organization. Partnering with teams across strategy, commercial operations, marketing, merchandising, and go-to-market functions, you'll analyze business performance, identify trends, and develop data-driven recommendations that support growth and operational excellence. Through hands-on projects and cross-functional collaboration, you'll gain exposure to how analytics informs strategic decision-making and helps shape the future of the business. This opportunity is ideal for students studying Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Finance, or related fields.

Eligibility

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate or graduate program (expected graduation between December 2027 - August 2028), or a recent graduate with relevant experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• Baltimore, MD headquarters office

Hiring Process

Our recruiting team will review applications on a rolling basis. Hiring managers will begin reviewing candidates and conducting interviews starting in October, with interviews continuing over the following few months as positions are filled.
