Pacsun is seeking Interns who are forward-thinking, retail-minded creators of culture with a strong appreciation for fashion and learning. The 2027 Summer Internship Program is a paid, 10-week experience running June 14 – August 19, 2027. ($22.00 per hour) \*Applications Close November 1st, 2026\* Requirements: Currently enrolled college students and/or recent graduates – Graduating Sr. to 2 years Post Grad (may consider Juniors) Working towards a degree or recent graduate in a related field Must be available to work full time schedule Passion for fashion, retail/Corporate Retail, and process improvement Engaging personality with exceptional communication and presentation skills Strong organization skills Strong Creative writing skills Ability to work as a team member Retail experience preferred Ability to think outside the box Beginner to Intermediate Skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) This program will challenge your ability to not only think critically and creatively but also work as a team to strategize and implement solutions. Over the course of this internship, you will be presented with insight into your career path with exposure to the long- term strategies and day-to-day tasks required in your selected department.

This is a paid internship ($22.00/hour), that’s right; we’re paying you to spend time with us, get some work done, and instigate a little fun while we’re at it. We look forward to meeting you! Pacsun is more than just a place to work.
