Accounting Intern

Job description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Intern to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support various accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting and data management. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of our financial records and assisting with day-to-day accounting operations.

Responsibilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a MUST! Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate financial records. Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and collections.

Record debits and credits accurately, adhering to double-entry bookkeeping principles. Utilize accounting software for various accounting functions. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications: Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with data entry, balance sheet reconciliation, general ledger reconciliation, and account analysis is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
