We are seeking a motivated Accounting Intern or Part-Time Accounting Assistant to support our accounting team with day-to-day bookkeeping, financial reporting, and administrative accounting functions. This position is ideal for a college student pursuing a degree in accounting or for an individual seeking a flexible part-time accounting opportunity. Primary

Duties and

Responsibilities Enter deposits and assist with maintaining bank registers Assist with bank, credit card, and loan reconciliations Process accounts payable transactions and vendor invoices Assist with accounts receivable and customer billing activities Organize and maintain accounting records and supporting documentation Assist with preparation of monthly financial statements for multiple business units Perform data entry and account research as assigned Support the accounting team with special projects and administrative tasks Minimum

Requirements Currently pursuing, or recently completed, a degree in accounting or equivalent bookkeeping experience Basic understanding of accounting principles Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and work accurately with financial information

Preferred Qualifications Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and/or QuickBooks Online
