Program Overview
Founded in 2022, the LGNY Internship Program helps high-potential students convert ambition into professional capability through structured responsibility, feedback, and direct exposure to live business work. The program is designed to strengthen judgment, communication, accountability, and execution under standards that resemble demanding early-career analytical environments.
Location: Remote
Commitment: 20 hours per week with weekly supervision
Duration: 12–16 weeks
Total Hours: 240–320
How We Train
The program is anchored in real work over simulations, high standards paired with individualized development, and learning through increasing responsibility. Interns are expected to take ownership and improve through iteration.
