Advertising Growth & Operations Intern

Overview We are looking for a curious, resourceful, and motivated Intern to join our team. This is a high-exposure opportunity for someone who wants to learn how a fast-moving business operates from the inside. You will work directly with company leadership and contribute across a range of growth, marketing, and business-development initiatives.

Because we are a lean team, this role is not narrowly defined. One day, you may help set up and organize advertising campaigns; the next, you may research prospective partners, support outreach, prepare materials for leadership, or help improve an internal process. You will see how decisions are made, how priorities shift, and how ideas become action.

Duties In this internship, you will support a variety of projects across marketing, growth, and operations.

Responsibilities may include: Assisting with digital advertising setup, including campaign organization, ad-set creation, creative coordination, and performance tracking. Conducting market, competitor, and prospect research to support business-development efforts. Helping identify, organize, and maintain potential partnership and sales opportunities.

Supporting leadership with presentation preparation, meeting follow-up, project coordination, and special initiatives. Contributing ideas to improve workflows, outreach, reporting, and growth initiatives. Taking ownership of ad hoc projects that arise in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media or a related field with a strong interest in digital marketing. Basic understanding of performance marketing concepts including PPC (pay-per-click), SEM (search engine marketing), SEO (search engine optimization), and paid social advertising. Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, DoubleClick, Facebook Advertising, Twitter Ads, Bing Ads or Microsoft Ads is highly desirable.

Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms for web analytics reporting and measurement. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets), including creating pivot tables and managing large datasets.

Excellent communication skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new tools and techniques in digital marketing. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Current undergraduate or graduate student Strong written and verbal communication skills. High level of organization, follow-through, and attention to detail. Interest in digital advertising, business development, entrepreneurship, marketing, or operations.

Comfort working independently and managing competing priorities. Familiarity with Google Workspace, Excel or Sheets, presentation tools, and social or digital advertising platforms is helpful but not required.
