What You Will Do Join our team as an Aircraft Operations Aviation Intern and gain hands‑on experience in the dynamic field of corporate aviation. Reporting directly to the Assistant Chief Pilot, you will work closely with experienced mentors to support a variety of projects and tasks. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn about the operations of a corporate flight department and develop skills applicable to a career in aviation.

Key responsibilities include: Assist with domestic and international flight planning and operations. Support aircraft maintenance and servicing activities. Contribute to customer service initiatives to ensure a seamless experience.

Participate in aircraft and crew scheduling processes. Assist with flight planning and related documentation. Gain exposure to safety management systems and their implementation.

Learn about security protocols and compliance with IS-BAO standards. Perform various office duties and collaborate on special projects with team mentors.

Qualifications You Must Have: Currently pursuing a degree in a STEM‑related field and actively enrolled through the duration of the internship session. Private Pilot Certificate.

Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).

Qualifications We Prefer: Instrument Rating. Minimum GPA of 3.0. Understanding of basic engineering concepts.

Compensation: The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
