Our Internship Program

Students who are interested in hands-on experience and exposure to the fast-paced sports world are encouraged to apply for an internship with Blue Sky Sports.

Are you positive, energetic, and skilled at multitasking? We'd love to hear from you! The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a keen interest in learning about the sports marketing industry.

As an intern with Blue Sky Sports & Entertainment, you will receive valuable training under the close supervision of our experienced team.

This hands-on training will cover:

• Event logistics coordination
• Marketing research
• Business correspondence drafting
• Social media development
• Administrative support

Internship Tracks Available:

Applicants must specify which track they are applying for in their application.

Analytics Intern

• Track and analyze social media performance across platforms
• Monitor engagement metrics (reach, impressions, clicks, growth)
• Assist in creating performance reports and dashboards
• Identify trends and insights to optimize content strategy

Internships require a commitment of at least 16 hours per week for the fall and spring semesters. Winter and summer internships are full-time obligations.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Attention to detail and a quick learner in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sense of urgency, ability to prioritize, and proactive approach
• A strong work ethic and a genuine desire to learn

Please note that Blue Sky internships are unpaid and intended as an educational experience. Students MUST EARN ACADEMIC CREDIT for their internship. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. There is no guarantee of employment following the internship.

Internship periods are available during:

• Fall Semester: August – December
• Winter Term: December – January
• Spring Semester: January – May
• Summer: May – August

Internship start and end dates must align with your academic schedule.
