ASSETS & ARCHIVES INTERN - SPRING 2027

Primary Wave’s Assets & Archives Team is responsible for the organization, preservation, and creative reactivation of physical assets acquired through music artist deals. This role offers hands-on experience with artist memorabilia, original recordings, and ephemera, while also contributing to broader initiatives around artist legacy, rebranding, and revenue generation.

Responsibilities:

• Inventory, organize, and preserve physical assets such as photographs, recordings, awards, press materials, and memorabilia.
• Catalog items using archival standards and internal systems to ensure accessibility and long-term preservation.
• Prepare and handle assets for safe storage and occasional display or digitization.
• Support the movement of materials to offsite storage, Iron Mountain.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and develop opportunities to reintroduce artists to new audiences—such as museum exhibitions, branded product partnerships, or other creative extensions.

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in archival preservation, music history, and artist legacy development.
• Ability to handle and transport physical materials of varying weight.
• Professionalism and discretion with confidential or sensitive materials.
• A proactive, collaborative attitude and strong communication skills
