About the role
Position: Audit Intern – Summer 2027 Assist in the performance and documentation of audit procedures and preparation of work papers to contribute to the completion of audit, review, and other engagements Work as an individual contributor and as part of an engagement team to support client needs Interpret and analyze financial data and communicate all findings and issues to the engagement team Research and analyze pertinent client, industry, and technical matters Engage with client personnel, as well as the engagement team to develop further relationships Gain hands‑on experience alongside professionals at all levels in public accounting Participate in trainings and activities to boost skills and engagement
Requirements Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master’s program in business with an emphasis in accounting Plan to complete 150 semester/225 quarter unit requirement for CPA licensure eligibility between December 2027 – August 2028 strongly preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates strong analytical skills in interpreting and communicating financial data while actively engaging with clients and team members. Possesses foundational knowledge in accounting principles and is on track for CPA licensure eligibility.
