This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are curious, motivated, and eager to make a real impact. Interns will gain firsthand insight into the inner workings of the Employee

Benefits (EB) department through hands-on projects, cross-functional collaboration, client interaction, and team engagement.</p> <p> </p> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <p><strong>TEAM & DEPARTMENT EXPOSURE</strong></p> <ul> <li>Gain an overview of how Client Executives, Client Managers, and Client Advocates work together</li> <li>Learn the client lifecycle for both Employee

Benefits (EB) and Property & Casualty (P&C)</li> <li>Attend Client

Experience team meetings, EB department meetings, and team trainings</li> <li>Spend time with Analytics, Population Health & Wellness, and Communications & Engagement to understand how their roles fit in the overall client deliverable.</li> </ul> <p><strong>CLIENT & PROJECT EXPERIENCE</strong></p> <ul> <li>Attend client meetings to observe the Client Executive role and delivery of strategic recommendations</li> <li>Participate in Client Advocate training to understand day-to-day responsibilities</li> <li>Work on at least one main project during the internship</li> <li>Assist with miscellaneous department tasks and deliverables</li> </ul> <p><strong>PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT</strong></p> <ul> <li>Network with insurance professionals through various team events</li> <li>Present a capstone project at the end of the internship</li> <li>Learn about the full scope of the EB department including CE, AM, Producers, Analytics, Total Rewards, and Population Health</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h2>Required Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Health/Wellness, Risk Management & Insurance, Business, or a related field</li> <li>Strong organizational and analytical skills</li> <li>Excellent communication and research abilities</li> <li>Detail-oriented and customer service focused</li> <li>Eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative environment</li> </ul>
