Enveloped is looking for a creative, organized, and detail-obsessed Graphic Design & Production Intern to join our growing team. Enveloped is a leading online destination for quinceañera invitations and coordinating stationery in the United States. We create original, culturally meaningful designs for today's Latino families using beautiful materials, thoughtful personalization, and exceptional attention to detail.
This is a hands-on internship for a graphic design student or recent graduate who wants real-world experience in invitation design, print production, product development, and the behind-the-scenes work of a growing creative brand.
What You'll Do
- Customize quinceañera invitations and coordinating stationery
- Create and edit designs using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Update names, dates, wording, colors, fonts, and event details accurately
- Prepare polished digital proofs and print-ready production files
- Review every design for spelling, spacing, alignment, consistency, and visual balance
- Help assemble invitations, envelope liners, vellum wraps, acrylic tags, ribbons, wax seals, and other finishing details
- Organize artwork, fonts, client files, samples, and production materials
- Assist with quality control, packaging, and preparing orders for pickup or shipping
- Support the creative team with new collections, samples, and studio projects
You Might Be a Great Fit If You
- Are currently studying or recently graduated in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field
- Are proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Are comfortable using Apple Mac computers and navigating macOS
- Are bilingual in English and Spanish
- Have a strong eye for typography, color, composition, spacing, and visual balance
- Notice tiny details that others may miss
- Enjoy creating precise, pixel-perfect work
- Are patient and comfortable with detailed, hands-on assembly
- Are organized, dependable, punctual, and eager to learn
- Follow instructions carefully and manage your time well
- Are comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions
- Love quinceañeras, invitations, stationery, fashion, or event design
Experience with Adobe InDesign, photography, print production, Cricut, laser-cut files, Shopify, or web design is a plus.

Schedule
- Approximately 16 hours per week
- Four days per week, approximately four hours per day
- In-person position at our Houston-area studio
