What You’ll Do:

• Work across multiple websites and systems to research billing information and keep accounts moving
• Investigate discrepancies, determine what needs to be corrected, and follow issues through resolution
• Update billing information and ensure accurate documentation is submitted when changes are needed
• Communicate with outside contacts to gather missing information and get answers to outstanding questions
• Learn new processes and systems while becoming increasingly independent in managing your workload

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Strong computer skills and confidence learning unfamiliar websites and systems
• Curious, investigative mindset with solid problem-solving skills
• Clear communication skills and willingness to make calls when needed
• Reliable, organized, and proactive about following through on open items
• Billing, AR, or previous office experience is helpful but not required
