Building Maintenance Supervisor

Funworks Entertainment is a fast-paced family entertainment complex in North Central Florida. This position is responsible for the overall maintenance of three centers in Orange Park and Mandarin, Florida. Seeking building maintenance person, responsibilities include: preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities throughout the property, to include painting, carpet/floor cleaning, etc; perform minor adjustments on HVAC systems, including the repair and/or replacement of air conditioning filters and units; maintain proper equipment and supply inventory; follow operations procedures and communicate with the manager on duty to ensure that orders are placed for any needed equipment, repairs and supplies; perform minor repairs and/or replacements of room furniture, fixtures, and equipment to include television sets, light fixtures, etc.

Skills required include: performance of light carpentry, plumbing, grounds, electrical, and painting. Knowledge of television and entertainment systems a plus. Candidate must be able to work in a team environment and assist other team members when necessary.

Candidate must be service-minded and enjoy working with a team to make guests feel welcomed and cared for.
