The Business Development Representative is responsible for prospecting and qualifying new sales opportunities. These efforts will develop leads and drive revenue for the Inside Sales Team. The Business Development Representative will help grow our customer base by identifying companies with ongoing needs in the areas of recruiting, applicant tracking and government compliance.
Responsibilities include:
- Find leads and enter them into a CRM system using a variety of sources
- Qualify lead opportunities through cold calling
- Make 100+ outbound telephone sales calls per day to qualify leads and set appointments
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly activity and sales lead goals
- Learn and apply our consultative prospecting approach

What We Look For
- Associate Degree or higher
- High call volume/email volume experience a plus
- Excellent communication, written and verbal skills
- Highly motivated, high energy with hunter mentality
- Must be able to work in fast paced environment
