Description of Primary

Duties Leads camp programs for children. Be a role model for campers and staff. Provides high-quality and enjoyable experiences for campers.

Supervises campers and ensures their safety, development, growth, skill achievement, and general well-being. Maintains a given schedule for camp participants. Leads various small and large group activities Knows and understands all emergency procedures associated with the camp program.

Mediates camper disputes. Knows, enforces, and follows all safety guidelines associated with the camp program, including knowing the whereabouts of your charges at all times. Respond to any accidents or incidents, recording all information in detail.

Attend all mandatory meeting and training sessions. Other duties as assigned by Camp Director

Required Qualifications Good communication, organization and leadership skills. Must have the ability to maintain camper safety and activity organization while also monitoring camper needs. Must be 16 years old Must have current CPR/AED/First Aid or able to obtain Must submit health history record and exam prior to first day of work Must pass all background screenings Must be able to interact with all age levels Additional
