Leading Camp
Being a Camp Director at Kidventure means leading the daily camp experience with confidence and care. You'll support counselors, keep schedules and activities running smoothly, and set clear expectations that create a safe, positive environment for kids and staff.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone ready to take ownership, mentor a team, and help create a camp experience families trust.
As a Camp Director, you will:
- Coach and develop your counselor team
- Keep schedules and activities running smoothly
- Communicate clearly with families and staff
- Maintain a safe, organized camp environment
- Lead by example, following the Kidventure Way
Role details:
- $15.00–$18.50 per hour, depending on experience
- Paid training and onboarding
- Full-time summer leadership position
- Prior leadership experience with kids (camp, school, childcare, or youth programs) strongly preferred
