Being a Camp Counselor at Kidventure means showing up for kids in ways that matter. You are a positive role model, a steady presence, and someone campers look to throughout the day. You'll build real relationships, lead purposeful activities, and help create a safe environment where kids try new things and grow confident.

It's a summer that challenges you, stretches you, and helps you grow alongside the kids.

As a Camp Counselor, you will

• Lead activities that encourage teamwork, confidence, and fun
• Build real connections with campers
• Help keep kids safe, supported, and engaged
• Be part of a team that shows up for each other

Position Qualifications:

• $12.00–$15.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Paid training and onboarding
• Full-time, part-time, and substitute positions available
