Job Summary
CECO offers college students a unique, hands-on internship experience working with children and adults diagnosed with cerebral palsy. This program is ideal for undergraduate students pursuing degrees in related fields. Interns gain 200 hours of direct, hands-on experience, building practical skills in a supportive, real-world environment. Upon completion, participants receive a Certificate of Completion and may have opportunities for future employment with CECO.
Interns are expected to commit 10–12 hours per week and must be able to pass a VECHS Level 2 background check before starting. This role also requires the physical ability to kneel, stand, bend, crouch, and assist with lifting, pushing, and pulling students and objects up to 60 lbs.
