Championship Operations

The Championships Team conducts professional events for the individuals who are at the center of the NTPGA — our PGA Members. This team is where you will help conduct an array of exciting events and learn the ins and outs of what it takes to run a successful, high-level championship like the Texas State Open, Texas Women’s Open, PGA Tour Qualifiers, Playing Ability Tests and more.

Please note that All American Tour Operations and Championship Operations is only available in the summer months

Getting Started With Us

The NTPGA conducts tournaments and programs year-round with our internships split between spring, summer and fall terms. Internship postings are made available for applications only through our Teamwork Online Portal.

Are you a PGA Golf Management Student?

The Northern Texas PGA is committed to helping PGA Golf Management students grow and learn in the golf business. While many will seek employment at a more traditional green-grass facility, we would encourage you to consider an internship with the Northern Texas PGA.

We believe that an internship, whether three months or seven, with the Northern Texas PGA will make you a more well-rounded golf professional and a more competitive candidate when seeking employment. You will learn the ins and outs of golf administration, tournament operations and customer service all the while meeting and working with some of the very best PGA professionals in the country.
