Support strategic and operational projects related to process, quality, and technology in clinical data management and standards Assist with special projects Analyze and evaluate data, processes, and policies Propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness across Global Data Management and Standards Support Portfolio & Resource Operations, Project Management, Change Management, Communications, Learning & Development, and Metrics/KPIs Participate in process improvement initiatives Apply technology to improve processes and systems Support organizational alignment on strategic operations Work across Global Data Management and Standards with experienced team members
Requirements Currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate degree program in a STEM or similar major Completed at least two full years of an undergraduate degree before starting Able to work full-time for up to 12 weeks beginning in May or June Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Strong document management and organizational skills Initiative, leadership, and ownership of deliverables Self-started, fast learner, able to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment Able to independently manage and drive projects to completion Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred Fluent oral and written English preferred Familiarity with medical terminology preferred Must be authorized to work in the United States or Puerto Rico; visa sponsorship is not provided Core Competencies Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in clinical data management, with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools and effective communication skills. Capable of managing projects independently while supporting process improvement initiatives and organizational alignment.
