Sales Operations Co-op

Position Overview

This role focuses on industry research, data analysis, sales reporting, customer support processes, and cross functional coordination. The co-op will gain exposure to how sales operations drive efficiency, decision-making, and customer satisfaction across the business.

This position reports to the Sales Operations team and works closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Engineering, Finance, and Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate AI-generated daily industry updates and distribute them to the executive team
• Research and update monthly industry and economic data for management and business reviews
• Track, research, and document competitive insights and key industry developments for strategic planning
• Support sales finance activities, including financial analysis, cost analysis, and sales planning
• Prepare and analyze sales reports, performance metrics, and recurring monthly data
• Support master data and account management processes
• Assist with administering customer loyalty programs and CRM tools
• Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparation, and documentation
• Manage customer inquiries and support tracking of recurring metrics
• Support ad hoc sales and marketing operations requests

Eligibility Requirements

• Currently attending an accredited college or university
• Majoring in Sales, Business Analytics, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher
• Proficient in understanding databases and analyzing data
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Resourceful, organized, and self-motivated
• Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast paced, professional environment
• Proficient in Microsoft® Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Additional skills that are a plus: Power BI, AI tools, CRM experience
