Gameloft Brisbane, the largest video game studio in Queensland, is looking for a Communications Intern to join its Communications team.
Reporting to the Communications Manager, you will Support employer branding initiatives to showcase life at Gameloft Brisbane and strengthen our reputation as one of Queensland's leading game studios. You'll contribute to creating memorable employee experiences, strengthening team engagement, and showcasing the incredible work and talent behind our studio.
**From the beginning of your adventure with us, you will be tasked with**:
- Support the planning and delivery of internal and external events, employee engagement initiatives, and CSR activities.
- Assist in organising external events and industry activations to promote Gameloft Brisbane's culture, studio growth, and our upcoming game, Bluey's Happy Snaps.
- Contribute to Gameloft Brisbane's social media communications, primarily on LinkedIn.
- Update the Gameloft Brisbane intranet and regularly publish news about studio projects, milestones, and team activities.
- Assist with day-to-day communication projects and perform any other related tasks.
Qualifications
What you need to succeed
- Currently studying a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Events or a related field.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across the studio.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative, proactive and eager to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to take initiative.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Canva and social media platforms
- This is a full-time hybrid position based in Brisbane, requiring attendance at our studio three days per week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
- From time to time, participate in calls with other studios and take part in assignments that may take place outside normal working hours (for example, taking part in global calls or industry events on a weekday evening or weekend)
