Title: Communications Specialist. Reports To: Chief Advancement Officer. Position Location: Remote.
Position Type: Full-time, exempt, union. Compensation: $65,000-$75,000 annually. *We are no longer accepting applications for this position.* About the Role: Generalist who keeps NAL/AF’s digital presence active, supporters informed, and stories front and center across both 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4). Blends content creation, digital campaigning, and storytelling to support organizational priorities.
Key responsibilities: Content Creation, Graphic Design & Digital Media; Email, Web & Fundraising Support; Storytelling, Events & Engagement. Ideal skills include 2–5 years communications/digital experience, strong writing/editing, social media management, email platforms, project management, and cultural competency.
